L’inefficiente e sprecona organizzazione sanitaria della regione Lazio giustifica certamente il suo riordino. Almeno su questo, credo, possiamo tutti convenire. Altra cosa è il merito ed il metodo con cui la ex sindacalista sta imponendo il suo Piano Sanitario, motivato, non tanto dalla necessità di ottimizzare e ammodernare il sistema, bensì da quella di rientrare dal debito.
